Audi has built 500,000 Audi TT models
To celebrate reaching this important milestone for the TT, Audi has prepared a special version of the TTS, which will be produced in 500 copies.
Named TTS competition, anniversary model will be available in both Coupe and Roaster and has an engine capable of 272 hp. The production car will start in October – this year – and will be celebrated debut at the Auto Show in Frankfurt.
The exterior can be ordered only in shades of yellow or gray (Nimbus Imola), while the interior will be treated exclusivity Steel gray leather. Beyond these details, the car cabin will have the model number inscriptions.
Under the hood is competition TTS 2.0 TFSI unit that produces 272 hp and 350 Nm, coupled to a transmission with six-speed S-Tronic. Traction system will be provided by classic quattro Audi specific.
In this way, the car will accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h in 5.3 seconds (coupe) and 5.5 seconds (Roadster). Top speed is limited to 250 km / h.
