The 3 Most Useful Car Accessories

A lot of people spend a lot of time in their car, so it makes sense to make journeys as easy and comfortable as possible. Whether you are commuting to work or traveling for vacation, here are some essential car accessories that everyone should have.

Sat Nav

Many cars now come with a sat nav built in, but for those that don’t having a dedicated sat nav device is really important. It makes getting around so much easier and removes the need to use a map or have to worry about using your smartphone and Google Maps. You might want to use your phone instead, but a sat nav is generally better because there is no risk of it running out of battery and you don’t have to worry about other apps getting in the way. Plus having a sat nav device means that you can use your phone for other things if you are the passenger. Once you have your sat nav, you will also be able to get additional information as well as direction to your destination. This extra information could include your car’s speed, the location of speed cameras and alternate routes that might avoid heavy traffic. If you don’t already have a sat nav, then consider investing in one, and your car journeys should be a lot smoother.

Tyre Monitoring

There are many ways that you might want to monitor your tyres. You might want to get a device that can check their pressure easily. This will help you to know when to add more air to your tyres and prevent any damage to your car due to a flat tyre. These kinds of devices are quite small and will fit nicely into your glove box or in your car’s boot. You can also get a display device that monitors your tyres. These kind of things are the best tyre monitoring systems as they give a lot more information and don’t require you to remember to check your tyres regularly. Instead, they provide all the information you need on a single display. You can catch potential problems early this way and be better in tune with your car. Having one of these fitted or having a handheld device close by can be a real lifesaver.

  1. Smartphone Mount

If you travel in your car a lot for work, then you will likely need to take calls occasionally. There is nothing worse than having to miss important calls because you are driving, so you should get a smartphone mount. This way you can answer your phone easily and put it on handsfree mode to avoid driving dangerously. A smartphone mount is also useful if you use your smartphone as your sat nav as it means that you can easily see your directions and where the next turning is. A smartphone mount attaches to your car’s dashboard and allows you to easily slide your mobile in and out. It is worth double checking that your model of phone fits into the mount before purchasing to avoid disappointment, though.

The F-TYPE Coupe visual message is defined by three key ‘heart lines’, that visual message beginning with the formidable grille. It is from the twin ‘shark gill’ openings that sit either side of the grille that the essential first heart line – which mirrors the design of the F-TYPE Convertible – flows and begins to take shape. Running up through the headlamp, and accentuated by the LED ‘J blade’ signature running lamps, the line then arcs up over the front wheel arch before dropping elegantly as it runs through the door, washing out into the muscular rear haunch.

The second heart line begins at the rear edge of the door, swelling outwards and upwards to create a visually strong wheel arch, emphasizing the car’s rear-wheel drive layout, before dropping vertically through the tail lamp ...
